I bought "Remove Ads" but the ads came back.
Open Settings from the gear icon on the home screen and tap "Restore
Purchases". Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so this also brings the
purchase across to a new device at no extra cost.

Does removing ads take anything away?
No. Hints, revives and extra daily attempts all keep working exactly as
before — they simply stop asking you to watch an ad first.

I lost my progress.
Progress is stored on the device, not in an account. Deleting the app
deletes it. Your leaderboard scores and achievements live in Game Center and
survive a reinstall.

A level looks impossible.
Every board is generated so that a solution exists — there is always an
order that works. Tap the hint bulb if you get stuck; the first hint on each
level is free.

Why does the game ask about tracking?
Arrow Rush shows ads, and iOS requires your permission before an advertiser
may use your device's advertising identifier. Declining costs you nothing —
the game plays identically either way, and you will still see ads, just less
relevant ones.

How do I turn off sound or music?
Settings, from the gear icon on the home screen. Sound effects and
background music have separate switches.
